We ship worldwide including: Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom. Europe, Asia, Middle East, Japan and many other countries. Due to the busy holiday season, your package may take longer to arrive. We ask our customers to place the order in time.

If you believe your product is faulty, it is at the discretion of one of our dedicated Client Services team members, as to whether a return for a replacement or refund is granted. If your item is deemed faulty and to be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. Your product must also be in its original packaging.

If your product is damaged in transit, McCluny will only replace your product as a goodwill gesture, free of charge, if you have purchased transit protection. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please consult our Leather Care pages for more information.
If your order is lost or missing, we can only offer store credit and not a refund, unless you have purchased transit protection. Unfortunately, McCluny is not liable in any way for lost or missing parcels by your local postal service.


Return shipping

If you are eligible for a return, please know McCluny does not cover shipping costs for returns. It is your responsibility to cover your own shipping costs for returning your product. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. You must provide a valid tracking number of the return shipment to our Client Services team.
